📅 Length of Stay & Lease Options

Our minimum stay is 30 days. We specialize in mid-term furnished rentals — longer than a vacation rental but without the commitment of a traditional 12-month lease.
There is no set maximum. We offer flexible month-to-month terms — guests can stay as long as they need. Extensions are always welcome with advance notice so we can plan accordingly.
We offer:
  • Month-to-month — rolling 30-day terms, maximum flexibility
  • Fixed-term — 60, 90, or 120+ day agreements for guests who know their dates in advance (often comes with a better rate)
No long-term lease commitment is required for either option.
We ask for 30 days' notice for early departure. Specific cancellation terms are outlined in the lease agreement. Please review them carefully before signing, or contact us if you have questions before committing.

🚗 Parking

Yes — parking is available at all of our units. Every property includes dedicated off-street parking at no additional charge. It's built into your flat monthly rate so there are no separate parking fees.

🏠 What's Included

Your flat monthly rate includes all utilities:
  • Electricity
  • Water & sewer
  • Trash removal
  • High-speed Wi-Fi
There are no separate utility accounts to set up and no surprise bills at the end of the month.
Every home comes fully equipped so you only need to bring your suitcase:
  • Living room furniture (sofa, coffee table, TV)
  • Bedroom furniture (bed frame, mattress, dresser)
  • Bed linens, pillows, and towels
  • Kitchen appliances, cookware, and utensils
  • Washer and dryer access
  • Basic cleaning supplies for your stay
The home is professionally cleaned and inspection-ready before your move-in. Ongoing housekeeping during your stay is not included in the standard rate, but we can discuss add-on cleaning services. Please ask at the time of inquiry.

💵 Pricing & Payment

Pricing is based on:
  • Property size — number of bedrooms and bathrooms
  • Length of stay — longer stays typically qualify for lower monthly rates
  • Seasonality and availability

Our goal is no hidden fees. All utilities are included. A refundable security deposit is required at lease signing. Pet fees (if applicable) and any agreed add-on services will be clearly disclosed before you sign anything.

🔨 Construction & Builder Housing

Yes — this is one of our most common use cases. We work with construction companies, general contractors, subcontractors, and project crews who need furnished housing during builds or project assignments in the Charlotte area. Our flexible month-to-month leases are a natural fit for project timelines that may shift.
Yes. We have properties with multiple bedrooms that can house teams, and we can also arrange multiple units for larger crews. Contact us with your crew size, required move-in date, and expected project duration and we'll put together a custom housing solution.
Yes, we can work with corporate billing arrangements. Please mention this in your inquiry and we'll discuss billing and invoicing options that work for your company.

📦 Move-In Process

Most guests can move in within 24–48 hours of inquiry confirmation and lease signing, subject to property availability. If you need same-day or emergency housing, contact us directly by phone and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Just your suitcase. The home will be fully furnished, stocked with linens and towels, and ready to live in from the moment you arrive. We'll send all access instructions and parking details ahead of your move-in date.
Yes. We provide all documentation required for ALE (Additional Living Expenses) insurance claims, including itemized receipts and lease paperwork. We work with most major insurance providers to make the process as smooth as possible for displaced families.
